Description
Oyster mushrooms have a slightly chewy texture and when cooked give out a nice nutty aroma. Extremely versatile and goes best as a simple stir-fry with butter, garlic and some herbs. Pan fry and top it with eggs on a toast, or whip up a delicious Asian stir-fry.
