Frequently Asked Questions

How do you ensure the purity and organic quality of your products?

We source our products through a transparent supply chain, prioritizing small-scale farmers and artisanal producers who follow chemical-free practices. Each item—from our sourdough to our seasonal greens—undergoes strict quality checks to ensure it meets our standards of “Purity First.” Our goal is to bring you food exactly as nature intended, without hidden preservatives or synthetic additives.

When will I receive my order?

To ensure you receive the freshest possible produce, we follow a “Farm-to-Table” delivery model. Orders are typically processed and delivered within 24 to 48 hours in the Delhi/NCR region. Since our bakery items are made-to-order, this timeline ensures your bread is still crusty and your vegetables are still crisp when they reach your doorstep.

How should I store this product to maintain its freshness?

Because our products are free from artificial preservatives, they may require a little extra care:

  • Produce: Store in the refrigerator’s crisper drawer.

  • Bakery: Keep in a cool, dry place in a cloth bag or airtight container (or freeze for longer shelf life).

  • Groceries: Store in a cool, dark pantry. Specific storage tips are often included on the product label to help you enjoy the best flavor and nutrition.

What is your policy if I am not satisfied with the quality?

Your health and satisfaction are our top priorities. Being a women-led, family-run business, we take quality personally. If any item arrives damaged or does not meet our freshness promise, please reach out to us via WhatsApp [+91 9811019811] or Email [rootsthestore@gmail.com] within 24 hours of delivery with your order id and photo of the product.
