Description

The colours of the Oyster mushroom varieties fall across a wide and beautiful spectrum: white, grey, black, yellow and pink (!) each with a  different taste profile. 

One of the fastest-growing mushrooms,  pink oyster take as little as two weeks to grow! These mushrooms are deep pink when raw, but change to an orange-brown hue when cooked. Sauté or fry them with other vegetables  and add to pastas, pizza and salads. These require thorough cooking for about 20 mins to develop their flavour and consistency.
