Harvested in the months of March – April, at an altitude of 2700 feet in the foothills of the Shivaliks, this honey is a burst of fruity flavours, full of richness from the litchi nectar and has a brilliant golden glaze. Sourced from beehives placed in Litchi plantations across the foothills of the Himalaya in Himachal Pradesh, this honey is more fluid than most, as the nectar of the flower has more moisture. It has a distinct flavour of the litchi fruit and packs a refreshingly light taste and texture. Brimming with freshness, it is a standout performer in salad dressings and as a sweetener for drinks. Tropical and charming, Litchi honey is reminiscent of a sweet first love.
