Harvested in the months of September-October at altitudes of over 8000 feet from the Chamba Valley of Himachal Pradesh, this wild forest honey is rich with the nectar of post-monsoon blooms like the Indian borage, buckwheat, and Brahmi. Packed with the rich heritage of one of the most pristine ecosystems of the Himalaya, there is a certain reverence and sacredness attached to it.
