Ingredients + Directions for use

Ingredients: Bajra Millet Flour (75%), Blend of Gluten Free Flour, Stabiliser (INS 412), Purified Water & Salt.

Be Gentle: Gluten-Free, Steamed & Baked Rice, requires gentle handling.

  1. Measure & Rinse: Take one cup of Bajra Millet Rice and rinse under running water to remove any debris.
  2. Combine with Water: Add the rinsed millet rice and two cups of water (a 1:2 ratio) to a pot. Adjust water slightly based on your preferred texture—more water for softer grains, less for a firmer bite.
  3. Bring to a Boil: Place the pot on medium-high heat and bring the water to a rolling boil.
  4. Simmer & Cook: Once boiling, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot with a tight-fitting lid, and let it simmer for about 15–20 minutes.
  5. Rest & Fluff: Turn off the heat and allow the millet rice to rest for 5 minutes before removing the lid. Then, fluff gently with a fork and serve hot.

Enjoy with Dal, Sambhar, as Biryani, Pulao, Curd Rice, Chinese Fried Rice or with Curries & Stews.
