Organic Kabuli Chana (Chickpeas) are rich in protein, fiber, and minerals, making them ideal for Indian and international dishes.
🌾 Preparation (Very Important)
Clean & wash thoroughly
Soak for 8–10 hours or overnight in enough water
Drain and rinse before cooking
👉 Proper soaking improves softness and digestion.
🍲 Cooking Methods
Pressure Cooker
Add soaked chana with fresh water
Pressure cook for 4–5 whistles
Chana should be soft but not mushy
Open Pot
Boil soaked chana until tender (takes longer)

Ingredients
1 cup boiled Organic Kabuli Chana
2 tbsp tahini (sesame paste)
1–2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt to taste
Little water (for blending)
Method
Blend all ingredients into a smooth paste
Adjust salt, lemon, and water as needed

1 cup soaked (not boiled) Kabuli Chana

Shallow fry or air-fry until golden brown
