How to use
HOW TO USE – MIX DAL
Basic Cooking Method:
• Rinse Mix Dal thoroughly 2–3 times under running water
• Soak for 20–30 minutes for better cooking and digestion
• Cook 1 cup mix dal with 3 cups water in a pressure cooker (2–3 whistles)
• Alternatively, cook in an open pot until soft and well cooked
Tempering (Tadka) Preparation:
• Heat ghee or oil in a pan
• Add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, garlic, onion, green chilli, and curry leaves
• Add turmeric, asafoetida (hing), and red chilli powder
• Pour the tempering over cooked dal and mix well
